"António Costa, defendeu hoje, em entrevista à Lusa, “a integração dos imigrantes na Função Pública”. Ou seja, numa altura em que se diz que existem demasiados funcionários públicos, e que a redução do número destes funcionários continua na ordem do dia, António Costa abre a possibilidade de se contratar estrangeiros quando não há espaço suficiente nem sequer para os portugueses.

sugeriu ainda a "concessão de direitos políticos" aos estrangeiros,
"como por exemplo a possibilidade de os imigrantes votarem nos países de
acolhimento”. Esta possibilidade já existe em certos casos, mas pelos
vistos António Costa quer ir mais além e dar a TODOS os estrangeiros a
hipótese de elegerem e serem eleitos no nosso país só porque cá moram."
