"Man, 33, on trial after sexually abusing young girl in Keighley
A 33-YEAR-OLD man is on trial accused of sexually abusing a young girl.
Mohammed Waqar, of Devonshire Street, Keighley, pulled down the child’s trousers, touched her indecently and showed her pornographic films.
Prosecution barrister, Deborah Smithies, said the girl complained to her mother in September last year that Waqar had touched her private parts and made her watch “dirty movies”.
She alleged he asked her what colour underwear she was wearing, kissed her on the lips and rubbed her chest.
Miss Smithies told Bradford Crown Court that the abuse began two years ago when the girl was eight."
