How poor the “poor” refugees really are?

Well, according to the stats, each refugee pays around

 12 000 $ to get from Africa/central Asia to Italy or Greece. That is MORE than a yearly GDP per capita in most of the Eastern European countries. Here is what people make there in a year:

Moldova – 2 200 $

Ukraine – 4 000 $

Serbia – 6 500 $

Bulgaria – 7 500 $

Belarus – 7 500 $

Romania – 9 500 $

Poland – 13 500 $

Russia – 13 500 $

Hungary – 13 500 $

So as you may see, 12 000 $ is much more than most people in Eastern Europe earn in a year.
