This is evident from the federal yearbook "Poverty in Belgium", which was presented today. Poverty in our country has not declined in recent years and threatens even greater increase.
More than two million Belgians are at risk of poverty, says the annual report. They run that risk because they have to survive on an income below the poverty line, live in a house without basic comfort needs, living in a family where have little or no work in.
