A SOMALIAN rapefugee who raped two women and sexually assaulted two others will remain in the country following a decision by Scottish judges.
The decision comes despite Abdalla Ali Hemed being described as being a "danger to the public".
He successfully appealed the move on human rights' grounds claiming his life would be in danger if he was forced to return to Somalia and its capital, Mogadishu because he is from a minority ethnic group."
