Elon Musk, I wanted to draw your attention to the totalitarian, Orwellian, ILLEGAL, and UNCONSTITUTIONAL measure that the current illegitimate government – elected by far less than half the population – of Portugal is trying to pass. They are trying to implement censorship and violation of privacy in parliament today.
I would be deeply grateful if you, as a defender of freedom of expression and private property – citizens' personal computers are private property – would use your global influence to warn against and prevent this attempt at normalizing tyranny by this government – which, I repeat, was elected by far less than half the population.
Tal medida do PSD vai também contra o artigo 7 do Estatuto dos Militares das Forças Armadas:
"Juro, como português e como militar, guardar e fazer guardar a Constituição e as leis da República, servir as Forças Armadas e cumprir os deveres militares. Juro defender a minha Pátria e estar sempre pronto a lutar pela sua liberdade e independência, mesmo com o sacrifício da própria vida."
Já para não falar que o Tribunal Constitucional não tem outra opção senão vetar isso caso contrário seria a TOTAL perda da sua credibilidade, e consequentemente iria abrir uma autêntica caixa de pandora.
