  1. Today, Igor Girkin released on his Telegram a long-form note explaining his pessimism with regards to the second stage of the special operation.

He still strongly believes Russia does not possess enough forces to conduct a successful operation.

  4. "Every time European (conservative)right-wingers express their sympathy for Putin for his "conservatism", I am utterly baffled. Putin and his top brass are totally immoral and despise family values: second and third families and mistresses with yachts are the norm for them.

These are hypocrites who used to put people in jail for owning a Bible, but bless themselves in temples now. They despise the middle class and treat the working man with contempt: in Russia, those who work are paupers.

Putin is pursuing the most insane migration policy, which combines open entry of migrants from Central Asia with turning these migrants into disenfranchised slaves.

Finally, Putin has created, supports and takes advantage of an actual terrorist state in Chechnya, where murder, kidnapping and intimidation are simply the norm.

So anyone who calls themselves a "conservative" and is sympathetic to Putin is actually just a hypocrite with no conscience."

A versão Plano Kalergi do Putin.

Deputies of the Servant of the People party want to ban military personnel from talking about their service, as well as criticizing the country's leadership. The corresponding bill is published on the website of the Rada.

People's deputies propose to add a new article to the law "On the social and legal protection of military personnel and members of their families", which completely prohibits the disclosure of any information related to military service.

It is worth noting that the article will also be valid in peacetime.

Here is the full text of the article:

“Article 8-2. Implementation of the right of military personnel to freedom of thought and speech, as well as to the free expression of their views and beliefs

Military personnel, persons liable for military service and reservists called up for training (or testing) and special
doctrines have the right to freedom of thought and speech, as well as to the free expression of their views and beliefs, subject to
features established by this and other laws.

Military personnel, persons liable for military service and reservists called up for training (or testing) and special
teachings, do not have the right to publish and / or distribute in the media (print and audiovisual), public electronic communication networks (including the Internet, websites, web pages in social networks) information, information and data which are related to the performance of military service duties or obtained as a result of such activities, including statements, views and opinions regarding the activities of the highest military-political leadership of the State and other commanders (chiefs), unless this is provided for by their official (functional) duties, as well as information about the location of military and security facilities, the location and movement of weapons, military equipment, personnel, other forces and means of security and defense, ”the text of the bill says.

The explanatory note states that this draft law is designed to "regulate at the legislative level the specifics of the implementation of the right of military personnel to freedom of thought and speech and to freely express their views and beliefs in order to protect the interests of national security."

The deputies believe that the ban on the dissemination of information related to the performance of military service duties "will guarantee the protection of the life of military personnel in their daily activities, including the implementation of measures to ensure national security and defense, repel and deter the armed aggression of the Russian Federation."

Among the authors of the bill are: Fedor Venislavsky, Igor Kopytin, Elena Moshenets, Igor Gerasimenko, Maryana Bezuglaya, Yuri Zdebsky, Alexander Fedienko.

The head of the human rights center Zmina, Tatyana Pechonchik, writes that this bill prohibits even a positive review of the country's leadership:

“When it comes to the ban on the dissemination of information about military service, in particular about the location and movement of military equipment and units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military information, this is understandable. And responsibility for this is already in the Criminal Code. Fyodor Venislavsky wants to ban "statements, views and opinions regarding the activities of the top military-political leadership of the state." Moreover, this prohibition has no exceptions. “Paradoxically, even a positive review of the state leadership is also prohibited. Such a ban actually deprives the military of the right to express any opinions about the leadership of the state, ”she wrote.
