Although I understand—and even agree with—most of the arguments presented, I disagree with the idea of getting married at 21. It's too early, because let's imagine the following situation: Even if you start dating at 18, it takes three years to get married at 21. Three years isn't enough to test whether things work after the initial period of intense passion—two to three years—and then you still need to test it by living together for at least two years to determine whether you should marry that woman.
On the other hand, men—like women—don't have the necessary emotional maturity at such a tender age. This situation can be mitigated if it's an older man with a younger woman, but even in that situation, the timeframe I described above is necessary.
Now, a very significant change has occurred: in the past, women were more aware of their men's potential and had a greater spirit of sacrifice. If they had to endure their worst periods with them, they would, because they had faith that they would eventually reach their potential, and they even helped them do so.
Today, women want men who are already fully developed. But they forget that men value women who have been with them through their worst periods much more than those who only show up at the end of the road.
No one deserves to be with you at your best more than the woman who has been with you at your worst and never brought you down or abandoned you.
