We've seen this happen before, and even several times in the same country.

However, I've been waiting for 20 years for them to admit the illegal and mass wiretapping and video surveillance of citizens - civilians and military personnel. But in this case, there are many, many, many people involved, many, many, many individual and institutional betrayals.
