CHARLOTTE, NC (WCNC) – A man was arrested Friday following an incident where an 8-year-old girl at a Charlotte school reported seeing a man expose and touch himself before running away.
45-year-old Feliciano Guardado Ramirez was charged in reference to an indecent exposure incident that happened at Park Road Montessori School on Haven Drive Wednesday afternoon.

Ramirez parked a vehicle near the playground, caught the attention of an 8-year-old girl, exposed his private parts and started masturbating in front of her before taking off in his car."
