"Denmark: Copenhagen rocked by second blast in just four days

Today, a large explosion damaged a Copenhagen police station in what was the second blast to hit the Danish capital in just four days.
Windows were shattered and the entrance of Nørrebro district police station was damaged, but no injuries were reported, according to police.

“It was a deliberate act, no doubt,” said police inspector Jorgen Skovs on Saturday to members of the press.

On Tuesday, one person suffered minor injuries from an explosion which occurred outside the Danish Tax Agency’s office in Copenhagen. Police also believe that this attack was deliberate.

Inspector Skov said on Saturday that it was too early to make a connection between the two acts.
In the past, the small Scandinavian country of just 5.7 million prides itself on a reputation of social cohesiveness and safety. Those days may be over.

On Wednesday evening, the southern Swedish city of Landskrona was rocked by an explosion in front of city hall which saw extensive property damage to the building.
Landskrona is only about an hour drive from Copenhagen."
